Via API
ℹ️ It is recommended that you initially import your product template manually via the back office until the import is successful, as it is easier and quicker to troubleshoot. Once you have a valid template file, you can automate the import via API.
Importing Products & Offers
To create products and offers, use OF01. Be sure to set "with_products=true" in the body of the request so the API knows you're including both products & offers in your import.
Checking for Errors
Requests via OF01 and OF24 are processed asyncronously in Mirakl. When calling OF01 or OF24, an 'import_id' attribute will be returned to you - use this import_id to check the status of the import, and if necessary, retrieve any errors:
- OF02 - Get Import Status
- To check the status of your import, send the import identifier received from OF01/OF24.
- In the response, if the 'has_error_report' attribute is 'true', that means one or more of your import records has an error and Mirakl generated an error report with the reason(s) for the error. To retrieve this error report, proceed to OF03.
- OF03 - Get the Error Report File for an Import
- To retrieve the import error report, send the import identifier received from OF01.
- Review the error report, make the necessary changes, and re-import via OF01.
